I sent in a complaint to corporate about the service I got from one of the managers there and they didnât even address me back in regards to my situation. The store manager spoke with the employee that Iâm related to there but never got back with me on how to handle my refund. Very poor customer service experience and upper management really doesnât know how to handle really simple tasks like look up receipts (even though the store manager does it for their refunds per one of their store employees on multiple occasions) even though they have the capability to do so. I got a defective product and wanted to exchange for same item and itâs like the hardest thing theyâve ever came across. All you have to do is look up my receipt (which I know that itâs possible) and refund to my card and validate the last 4 digits of customers card. Had my drivers license per return policy on website and still management was not comfortable returning $2.50 of defective products or allocating it to a similar product so they could keep the sale. Itâs kind of sad that I have to go through all of this where it should be simple to return my product and give me another product of the same value that works properly.    Read moreThis Ross use to be my fave place to shop as far as their stores went. The last 3 times have been an absolute nightmare. I've gone on different days of the week as well as times. It has been over run with people & their children that aren't watched, allowed to run through the aisles & be obnoxious. Items in places & on shelves or in floors everywhere out of place. The cashiers are always friendly but they seem to be more hurried now days with the influx of customers I'd imagine. They still have great prices & many items you won't find in general stores. They do still have a plethora of cosmetics, skin care, etc. But it's become way overcrowded & not enough employees to keep the store in place. The customers that come in now should be taught...act human in public. It's sad to see so many stores going downhill due to the way some act now. It makes it worse on the other customers & the employees of these stores. It's no wonder so many are...
   Read moreGood clothing and average prices. I took my 12 yr old to the dressing room & counted the items out so the associate could clearly see what we had. She was very rude & said NO, hang them here! I hung them up for her & she patted down every piece of clothing, including size 3 jeans that you couldn't have hidden anything in if that was your intention. She then double checked every security device. So, I asked, "Do you have a problem with theft here?" Still rude, she said "No but I'm going to do my best to prevent it." We didn't have bags or baggy clothing to put any stolen goods so, I'm not sure why the over the top treatment. Upon exiting I counted the items for her & gave her what we didn't want & she recounted!
