Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Fort Payne

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Yes the staff are friendly, but everything they say is a lie. For starters they took my payment out 3 times and never gave me my money back so I was told that I didn't have to make my payment the next month since I showed bank statements proving they charged me 3 times well they charged my account again anyways. So now I have been charged 4 times for a washer and dryer that I've only had a month. I will be calling and having them come get it and demand my payments back. I would rather pay to go to a laundry mat than pay them $70 a month for a used washer and dryer it is so not worth it. This is my first time renting anything and I will never do it again. If you do rent from them use cash so they don't charge you like crazy and keep your money. Really Unsatisfied I just hope they make it right. People on tight incomes with kids can not afford their bank accounts to be charged that much this many times.

Ordered a laptop. Was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Filled out all of my paperwork and paid my first payment online. Has been 8 days. It has been at the store since friday.
