I purchased 3 items from this Kirklands store on Thursday. On Friday, they ran 2 of them on sale( not clearance). One was a difference of more than $10. I brought them back to the store for a price adjustment. However, because they were seasonal items they gave me a hard time about it. They agreed to do it that time but said, in the future I would have to return the items and then buy it again. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal, except one of the items was in-store purchase only and one I could only have shipped to the store or pay their high shipping rate. Also, it was literally only 1 day. If it had been a week or longer I wouldn't have bothered. This rigid policy is extremely inconvenient for customers. The cashier was initially kind of snippy with me but the more we talked the friendlier she became. I guess it really helps to be friendly to customer...

Nice location near outdoor mall -Jefferson pointe shopping center. The associate did not seem to know where the product I wanted was. I looked for it myself and found what I was looking for. Sometimes is good to inquire from your colleagues if you can’t find an item. Love the air sprays from Kirkland. My son and I just bought something for Christmas. I asked if they offered gift wrapping when Ella said no but I love to wrap.
