If I could give kohlâs in entirety 0 stars I would. We hired a photographer for our great grandparents 65th wedding anniversary and each of his 10 kids families are wearing a different color. My family was supposed to wear yellow. My great grandpa is terminally ill and expected to pass within the next few weeks. This is our last family gathering with everyone there. I ordered yellow clothes for my family of 5 on Monday and looked everywhere for an eta prior to placing the order and could not find one. After I placed the order I received confirmation that my order would arrive between 8/19 and 8/24. I need the clothes by 8/22. I followed the tracker and it said my shipment would be delivered on the 19th when I looked on Tuesday. When my order didnât arrive today I checked the tracker again and it had updated to be delivered on 8/24. I thought thatâs okay and I will just return the clothes once I receive them and instead pick them up in store. I searched the clothes for pick up in store. Couldnât find the womenâs shirt so I didnât include that in my order and my sons jeans were also not available so I updated that part of the order to something that was in store. I was guaranteed pick up of these 5 items within 2 hours. When I arrived to pick up my items after receiving confirmation that my order was ready there were only 3 items. When I questioned this the team was not helpful in easing my pain but instead told me I could pick it up Wednesday the 25th. I drove an hour there and an hour back keeping my kids up after their bedtime on a school night to get these clothes. I then called customer service to see if they could overnight send me a pair of boys jeans size 18 months and a yellow dress size 6 girls and they again were not helpful in sending me anything at all on time or refunding any amount of money despite the fact that Iâd paid for 5 outfits twice now not weâre they able to do anything at all to make this right. I work 60 hours a week and am selling my house so I have no time whatsoever to get clothes for my children for this important event and kohlâs has broken their delivery promise to me twice now. I have spent $150 on this situation so far and have 2 shirts and a dress to show for it. I am not happy. I am not happy with the lack of commitment to me as a customer nor am I happy that my complaints have not been made right despite how willing I was to work with them on different options. No driving some distance to another kohlâs store to pick this up is not an option I do not have time to do this before the photos on Sunday. I need guaranteed delivery of SOMETHING yellow size 6 and boys jeans size 18 months to me before Sunday without me paying a third...
   Read moreMy husband and I went to kohlâs/0110/Appleglen on 02/27/21 at 3:45. We went to customer service to ask if we could exchange a menâs Nike hoody that was a gift - no receipt. We were told told we could exchange. Unfortunately, we were not able to find the exact style due to low selection of size large. However, we were able to find adidas bottoms. While there we were also in the market for a coffee maker. We were happy to find a dual Cuisinart coffee maker regular $249.99 on sale for $199.99. We proceeded back to customer service to exchange and purchase the coffee maker. We were the only ones at customer service. The Kohls employee at customer service named Deb greeted us with attitude as if we were inconveniencing her. We explained that we were exchanging and placed the items on the counter when she seemed to be upset and asked us to remove the item from the kohlâs bag as if she was upset that it was in the bag and didnât want to touch it. She told us to take it out of the bag. I took the hoody out of the bag and she began the exchange. I began to ask her a question as she started the exchange - ignoring my question regarding whether the difference would be applied to the coffee maker - again she ignored my question and told us that we needed to take the coffeemaker to the checkout because there was a line. I looked back and there was only one person. She walked away to help that customer and I told her that I had questions and she ignored me. I asked to speak to the manager and she called for the manager and continued with the other customer. She was very rude. The manager came and was of no help she walked my husband and I to the front checkout instead of taking care of us while we were at customer service. If you have a return and you are making a purchase it is good customer service to ring the customer for the return and the purchase. Why inconvenience any customer by sending them to be checked out at the front of the store. Poor...
   Read moreI have never written a review of any store ever. I understand that things happen and have worked in retail, so I understand how things go. Over the last 6 months, Iâve come to this Kohlâs location on 3 different occasions. After shopping around and filling my cart with items, I go to get in line. Each time, the line is wrapped around 2 corners of the store, and this time was approaching wrapping another corner. As many other reviews have pointed out, the lines just arenât worth the wait, and like many others, I have waited in the line for 30 min. before putting all of my items back and leaving the store. I see that the reviews are responded to with âforwarding to managementâ but itâs obviously not doing anything if the problem persists 6 months later. I keep hoping the issue will be fixed, so I keep coming back because I love shopping at Kohlâs; but this Kohlâs location misses the mark. Walking around the store, there were multiple employees standing around chatting (totally get it, again, been there) but I even watched a man standing waiting for them to move out of the way so he could get through and continue shopping. The employees had no idea. Not one person was greeting any customers or offering assistance. Worst one...
