So I've been here many times love the place. I'm very large chested at 34DDD. As soon as I walked in today a staff approached me and commented on my body asking how far along I was in my pregnancy. Thing is I'm not pregnant. I didnt get rude with the staff Amani however I felt this was a very personal and invasive question to ask a stranger. It also was a bit of an emotional trigger for me. My husband and I have been struggling with fertility issues for years. I've had several miscarriages. We are currently doing fertility treatments to someday have the child we want so badly. The treatments have made me gain weight and become self concious. I went to purchase new bras and panties of great quality and maybe gain a little confidence and feel beauitful in the process.Theres no reason I should feel I have to explain this personal business to a staff to justify the appearance of my body. This is place where one should not feel so judged. It really hurt that a staff couldn't ignore some extra weight and just service a customer. Not once did Amani apologize for her comment. I did purchase the bra I wanted with little assistance simply because I didn't want her around after the comment. I left and cried in my car a little bit. With all the money we spend on fertility treatments I wanted to treat myself for my birthday in a small way, instead I was judged right away about my body, asked very personal questions that were irrelevant and left feeling ashamed. I may just pay off my Angel's card and be done with Victoria's secret. I know Amani didnt mean to be rude but I feel people shouldnt ask a stranger something so personal and be more aware of how these comments can really impact and hurt others. You never know what someone else is...
Read moreI’ve had a credit card with V for many years, have always paid my bill on time and have a zero balance on the account.
Although it’s been about a year since I’ve purchased anything, I went online to stock up on my perfume, lotions, body spray etc. and my Victoria card was declined. I thought there must be some mistake and called. The rep, Karen then tells me that since my “credit score has significantly changed, the card was made inactive and they would need to re-run my application”. Are you kidding me?!
Not that it’s anyone’s business but yes, my credit score has significantly decreased. We had a house fire and lost EVERYTHING. Insurance doesn’t cover everything contrary to what many believe. Regardless of the reason, Victoria Secret, you’ve gone too far. It’s none of your business, especially when I’ve never been late on a payment or had an outstanding balance! Who are you to dictate how or when I spend my money or use my card. I had Karen cancel my account with you and will never spend another dime in your stores. This grandmother doesn’t need anyone trying to parent her or control how or when I...
Read moreExcellent service at this location. I’ve never gone into a VS store expecting help, because it has never happened before. I received help right away here. These ladies deserve a raise; especially Sara, who was extremely kind and compassionate, and listened to me about what kind of bra I wanted, and she delivered. I finally got great fitting bras that she suggested. She had it down to a science on what size I needed. She was with me the entire time I was in the store, which was fantastic, since it was a Saturday (6-8-19) and it was during the Semi-Annual Sale, so it was busy. This is what a model of excellent customer service is, and all businesses should strive for this level to make their customers happy. Thank you Sara! I’ll be a return customer to VS...
