I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Sweat Houz! The space is immaculate and beautifully designed — modern, calming, and thoughtfully arranged to encourage deep relaxation and renewal.

The contrast therapy itself is nothing short of life-changing. Moving between the cold plunge and infrared sauna left me feeling energized, clear-headed, and profoundly grounded. It's as if the stress melted away and my entire system got a reset. My sleep has improved, my recovery time after workouts has decreased dramatically, and I genuinely feel more present and alive in my body.

Ivy was absolutely amazing- When my wife and I entered the spa Ivy greeted us with a warm, genuine and inviting smile. We knew we were in wonderful hands from that point on. She gave us a thorough tour of the entire spa which even includes, what I like to call...The Glam Room, for the busy professional on the go. She is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the amenities of the SweatHouz. From the sauna, to the vitamin C infused shower & the dreaded cold plunge.❄️🥶 She even informed us on what to expect and helpful tips when entering the plunge for the first time, which helped us immensely. We are already looking forward to our red light therapy session next week.

The cleanliness & sanitation of the spa itself is what I would describe a very pristine & spotless. The entire staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. If you're looking for a phenomenal experience...you can't go wrong choosing the SweatHouz.

So I found this very upscale experience on social media. What a shocking and amazing experience this truly was. To start the customer service was next level yall. I was greeted by first name at the door by the Manager, she got me all checked in and told me a little about everything before the full blown tour. So get this you get your very own SUITE!!! Yes to relax in. It cones with a vitamin c infused shower, a cold plunge and an infared sauna with light therapy. Did I mention very own?
