Im glad to see there's finally a good salad restaurant in the Alliance area! We stopped in for lunch. This reminded us of a place back home called Salad Works. Same concept. You arrive to a buffet style line which is not self serve. A server asks which size salad you want, large or small. Then you choose your lettuce mix (romaine, spinach and arugula etc), then you choose your toppings. The toppings looked fresh and they have a huge assortment, including pasta and proteins. As you move down the line, more servers add the topping you like (way too many to name), then when it's time for the dressing, you can choose to have it mixed in, or on the side. You can choose to go, or eat in. They also have drink choices, tasty rolls, and other small items. We both chose large salads and I took half of mine home. Next time I would choose a small if we stop for a quick lunch again, or large if I planned to take some home. I will be returning for sure! The dining room was clean and had ample seating. There are also their own mix of options in the fountain soda area.

Updated review. From 2 stars to 5. after leaving a honest and disappointed 2 star review regarding dry falafel and less than professional staff, I had to update. returning and walking in was greeted by a loud "welcome to Salata." the four staff that prepped my food were all very friendly and smiling. food is fresh and delicious, pricey yes - but fresh.

Lately I've been coming here a lot for both lunch and dinner. Staff is always nice and friendly...no issues at all! I went yesterday and got a salad to go for dinner (which I didn't finish it all) and ate the remaining today for my lunch. Welp, I found a bug on my mandarin orange!!! Now I'm hesitant if I should even eat the rest.

First of all, I love this place and the salads are delicious. However, a couple of weeks ago I went in on a Friday night and asked the server if they had more bean sprouts? She said the small amount they had was all that was left. I said, okay I’ll take it. She accidentally dropped the tongs inside the tray opening in the cabinet, took it out and set it down, then took her gloved hand and picked up the bean sprouts and set them on my salad. I told her that would not work for me. She said you want me to take the bean sprouts off? I told her I wanted her to fix me another salad altogether because she just contaminated the entire salad. I don’t blame her, she was obviously not properly trained. There’s no telling what goes on behind the scenes at these restaurants. I’m taking a...

These are the freshest salads you'll ever eat. And they let you put so much stuff on them! Like you can have a really healthy salad or something worse than a double cheeseburger. It's up to you. Never been inside but have had their food before and loved it. The store was great. The staff was fun and very friendly. Told them I've never been in before and they held my hand every step of the way, being patient with me. The restaurant was super clean. If you've never been here, think of it like a Subway or Chipotle. You stand in line and build your salad as you work your way down the different selections. At the end you have a salad only you are responsible for---for...
