Wow, what a gem of a spot! My experience at the Jamba smoothie shop was nothing short of fantastic. Located right in the heart of Heritage trace, it's super convenient to swing by for a refreshing treat anytime.

As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by the most delightful aroma of fresh fruit and smoothie goodness. The atmosphere is so inviting and cozy, with vibrant colors and comfy seating that made me feel right at home.

And let's talk about the smoothies – they're out of this world! I tried the Mango-a-go-go and it was like sipping on sunshine. Perfectly blended and bursting with flavor, it was exactly what I needed to kickstart my day.

I don’t ever do reviews… but this jamba juice has disappointed me everytime I go. The first time i went through the drive-thru, i wanted to order an orange ginger cayenne shot. The worker told me instead of it being a shot all together, the orange will be served on side as a slice. When i received the order they gave me the smallest wrinkled orange slice i’ve ever seen and the shot was tiny. Wish I took a photo. I immediately returned it and requested a refund. the second time I went, I decided to go inside to order. They’re supposed to open at 7 am, the door was locked when I arrived at 8:30 am. An employee came to the door to unlock it and apologized. The last time I went was today… ordered a pb waffle banana parfait bowl , they barely added any greek yogurt to the parfait. That was my last straw. Won’t be returning to this...

I do not ever do reviews. But I would to put my concerns on here and let you know that I am not happy obviously this for the review. Your store shows that you close at 9pm but yet I can’t order what I want to order because you shut down over half the menu due to you closing machine at 8pm, which is an hour before you close. Cutting off that business to those people who get off work and want or crave those things specific items from the only place open late. the issue for me is that this is false information and advertising that you have that you close at 9pm and I can order whatever I may want but once I get to the store I am told I can’t due to the machine is being cleaned starting at 8pm. Hope you understand my concern and understand that I am not a happy...
