The massive disrespect I have received at this location was disgusting! Walked in to ask for a charm for my partners birthday and was pointed in the direction it was in. No one was in the store and continued to look for the charm in the direction I was pointed to rather than shown. Once I found the charm, I asked the woman nicely to see if I can get that one. As she approached me she said “Oh she’s going to love that!” Of course I corrected her saying “it’s a he” she gave me the most disgusted look.
So I asked her if there was a problem and decided to not answer. I continued to look around and she continued to stare me down after she came from the back to get the charm for me. Coming to the counter, the lady asked “Does she want a chain for the charm?” Correcting her again saying “it’s a he” she looked at me in disgust and told me my total for the charm.
I felt extremely discriminated and degraded as a human within that moment! I will not support this location again and rather drive the extra hour to Northpark Dallas with the amazing customer...

I went in to pickup the chain I had repaired & the charm bracelet with a new charm put on it. I was having trouble putting on the cross on the repaired chain. She asked if I needed help, I said yes and then asked her to switch the cross around (so it faced the other way) she didn’t respond or do as I requested. Angela took very good care of us, made helpful suggestions, and provided truly outstanding customer service!
