I needed dress pants for a new job. Have changed size so needed to try on multiple sizes to see what fits now. I wish I could remember her name because the sales associate that helped me was beyond awesome. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for but she also helped me find sizes in multiple styles. Then, she brought me more up or down to the dressing room. I was a little depressed about my new size but after finding several pants that looked good I felt so much better. They didn't have all the colors I wanted in my size but she also helped me order while in the store. After shopping at several other stores unsuccessfully, I am so happy I went into The Loft today. How is it that a customer enters a retail store and not one employee acknowledges them coming in? How is it that a customer can walk the entire store, past multiple employees, some of whom are talking with each other about their dates this weekend., and not one word to the customer?
