Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Never in my life have I seen a Starbucks employee disrespect her customers the way I saw it last night. A friend of mine decided he wanted a coffee late last night and went through the drive around 8:55pm. He ordered his drink, pulled up to the window and standing there is this woman with blonde frizzy curly hair who looks as if she just smelled the worse smell of her life. The look on her face was one of someone who really hates their job.

She opened the window, asked for payment and when my friend told her to keep the change she ROLLED HER EYES and SLAMMED IT into the tip jar. The best part of the whole experience was when she said "Sorry it took so long, lot of the stuff was put up, since, you know, we close in one minute and all."

That chick better thank her lucky stars that we were in a company truck that night. The last time I checked, one minute till close means that I still have one minute to order a drink! It means you're still open!! Im not walking in 5 minutes till close asking you to cook me a well done steak!!! Quit your whining!

My friend did call up to the store after we drove off hoping to speak with a manager but supposedly there wasn't one on shift at the time. Which is a little worrisome. You let a rude employee not only serve your customers, represent your company but also have management responsibilities like closing a store????

You do not make your customers (who just spent over SIX DOLLARS on ONE coffee) feel like they are a huge inconvenience. I don't care if you hate your life or your job. I don't care if you are not happy with the tip you received, say thank you and roll your eyes after we drive away. Don't slam it into a tip jar and scoff.

I will be calling up to the store today to complain. I won't be coming back to this location ever again and to be honest Starbucks...I may just kick y'all to the curb altogether. The customer service at your many locations have really started going down hill. If I wanted to be disrespected, I would have kids. I wouldn't shell out money for a mediocre barista to do so. ...I think I'll just use my Keurig next time, at least in doing that, i'm guaranteed the coffee...

I plan to get in contact with the owner or DM of this store this was a trial run to see how people of color were treated at this particular location, I had several young men and women tell me how they had been treated by the staff, one in particular is Alexander, I simply asked for a cup.of water while watching other interactions, previously about 2 weeks ago I came in the sat down and for a few moments before requesting to use the restroom...I was told I must purchase something on both occasions to even sit inside of the Starbucks and /or to use the restroom, this is a very nice area, and ti be treated as if you are not allowed to enter an establishment where u spend your money periodically without purchasing something either says alot about the staff hired or the establishment itself. I hope this is addressed and not just swept under the rug cause without customers period their would be no jobs for your current workers. Highly disappointed and did not believe it till I...

In my personal opinion, i have been through a variety of authentic coffee shops. As such, Starbucks, is one of the best coffee shops within the metroplex. Their beverages, for one, are crafted with passion, culture and exquisite beauty. The beverage i am referring to is the all time popular and my favorite of all and classic item, the 'Iced Caffe Latte' with a 'Blueberry Scone'. With certain overtones of vanilla and a dash of sweet blueberry and citrus, this is a beloved and cherished item i would truly recommend to all. The Iced Caffe Latte, Being renowned as Starbucks finest drink, is the finest drink I've ever had. There were some problems with the drinks overall taste, but in the end, i had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly as well, which made my experience even better. I will highly recommend it to all who decide to have a coffee...
