I just left there and VERY DISAPPOINTED at the service recieved. (I ordered Kung Pao and Orange Chicken with fried rice). ESPECIALLY with an individual with the name tag of Carmen. And the guy who was working the drive thru as well as the front counter. I understand that the guy ahead of me may have been frustrating for them with changing his order, but I was a totally different customer who knew what I wanted. I have frequented this location many times, and NEVER met this type of POOR service. I clearly stated that I wanted 1 eggroll and springroll with my order. Carmen proceeds to place 2 of each with my order. When I saw this I informed her again that I wanted one of each. She proceeded to tell me that I HAD to purchase 2 of each. I told her that the 2 spring rolls would be fine. She threw the Eggroll back into the pan like it was a problem. Then she called another female to the front to discuss something in private with her, while turning her back towards me, as she was at the register. Instead of telling me my total she decides to have a conversation with the other young lady as I stood there waiting on her. I never returned the unprofessional demeanor with her. But I had to ask for my sauces which she NEVER offered. And when I checked my bag, she did not put any of them in the bag. So RUDE and lacking of customer friendly service. I neglected to add that when I asked the guy for my Kung Pao, he went to the drive thru area to place into my container, instead of getting it from the front where he was as he served up my first entree. No reason at all to serve up from the back. The hot containers were very full of the entrees. Made me suspicious that my food was either tampered with for whatever reason. Or he chose to serve me OLD food. Because he immediately stated that it was fresh, when I asked. If I become sick or food poisoning, I will know exactly where it came from. And yes I have time to write all of this in a review, because this experience...
Read moreI will never order from this location again due to how I was treated during last visit. I alway order through the app and come in and pick up my food. It’s never been a problem until this last visit. I came in gave them my name and they were asking to see my phone. My daughter ordered our food and I was picking it up. I gave them the name but they said they could not give me the food that I paid for until i told them the “order number “ I called my daughter on FaceTime and she checked her app, there is no order number on the app. After I showed them that there was no order number I asked them why were they given me a problem. I always come in , give The name on my order, and on this day I had to argue with the pregnant manager to give me my food! I was discriminated and it was an awful experience that I don’t want to ever go back. We normally eat here once a week but I refuse to deal with any company that hires prejudice people. I mean they demanded me to give them my order number saying “policy” but they were looking dumb when I showed them that there was no order number only the order details and customer name…. Which I gave them. I was almost late returning back to work because I was on a lunch break. PLEASE do better!!!! No justification for refusing to give an order to a customer who walks in and give you their name and entire order. I’m still flabbergasted and traumatized!! .. and after all that, the food was...
Read moreAte here on the evening of Monday March 11. Had orange chicken bowl with fried rice as well as a side of veggie spring rolls and cheese Rangoons. Placed a mobile order-when I got to the resturaunt they had my food held hostage. I told them my name and she started to hand me the bag then asked me for my order number or phone number... it ain't that serious y'all. If I know the name on the order then I'm likely the owner of it. They gave my husband a hard time one time because I ordered under my name and he went to pick it up and they would not give him our food. Never have this issue at the McPherson location, the food is litterally sitting on a rack in the dining room and you just grab it and go no being hassled.
As annoying as that is my real complaint is the food poisoning I got after eating my meal. About 2-3 hours after eating I got very very sick with everything coming out of both ends and severe stomach cramping. I had not eaten anything since breakfast prior to getting Panda for dinner so it was the only thing in my stomach so I am absolutely positive this food made me sick.
It's going to be a long while before I eat Panda again but I will not come back to this location that makes you sick and requires 20 forms of proof of purchase to pick up your food. I'll drive the extra distance to the better McPherson location for better customer service and...
