I have been going to this place since it started and never had a problem until now. I went to purchase a some donuts and totally unaware that I had an bill that was damage however my charge was under five dollars and I did not want to use credit/ debit. I was told that they did not take damage bills. It was not posted anywhere I. the store. When I called the manager to complaint she told me the changed the policy and that I should know better because she has been manger for 7 years and when she goes to a store she knows better than to use a damage bill. I informed her as a business it is her responsibility to post policy changes. I’m a professional individual who job requires her to interact with the public all day and this is poor customer service. Near my home and very convenient, I frequent this wonderful donut shop. They have a great drive through, which is a convenient and very innovative option for those early morning cravings.

They have the most delicious chocolate dipped donut holes and what's best is they unlike other donut shops nearby have an endless supply. I am never disappointed because they remain fully stocked until they close. They always have a variety of cold and refreshing juices and milks. Their coffee is piping hot and never bitter.

The staff is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable yet efficient and swift.

Their cinnamon twist, chocolate twist, and ham egg and cheese croissants are the best in the area. The chocolate glazed and glazed dozen mix is well priced and is always a quick and indulgent Sunday morning treat...

Clean! I am normally skeptical about eating at places that are next to cleaners or laundrymats (because of what could travel in clothes previous bad experience) but only reason I stopped in because there were no other donut places near.
