This is my first time going here it was a special occasion it was a Tuesday so this is my Tuesday experience it was really nice clean. Everyone was nice and friendly including the lady that took our order to begin with. Throughout while eating we were constantly checked on which was a very pleasant experience. Although the experience was nice the food was seasoned well but I will say it was fishy the shrimp from the boil it still had to poop in it and legs. We requested to have the shrimp with no eyes you would think they would remove the legs too. The fried catfish it just had a fishy taste although fried it was there. The fried shrimp I did not see any poop present I guess it was because they sliced it open to make it bigger when frying. But it still had the fishy shrimpy taste. If I could recommend anything I would recommend them to clean their Seafood better apple cider and vinegar really helps take away the fishy taste of seafood. And this was the Cajun boil that we had the seasons are Immaculate but that taste really doesn't match well with what you're trying to get off. This is just an honest review. Some may not mind the fishy Seafood taste when they're eating Seafood me I love it to the point where I don't want to taste where it came from I just want to taste the flavors that it was seasoned with. I may return to this establishment just not this location just to see if I have a...
Read moreThis was by far the worst seafood boil bag I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not exaggerating. First off the shrimp literally Felt like mashed potatoes I’m guessing that’s overcooked. Secondly I purchased king crab the picture below shows one of the legs of the two which were not even full legs. They were broken in half and to top it off. Look at the picture half of the shell was empty, and then when I did pull the meat out the third picture there it was mushy as well in spots. In addition to that they charge me two dollars to have headless only to give me shrimp with the head on. I couldn’t even eat this $118 wasted. I live about 15 minutes away and called at least 10 times trying to reach someone to no avail and they are not closed. However, I was not able to return for having to get to work. It’s bad enough the service is horrible. The lady at the pick up counter always has an attitude, and I addressed it with her just telling her to smile sometimes even her coworker told her and she simply just didn’t. The sad part is they treat you like a criminal if you even try to return and they tell you check your order before you leave, but it’s literally bagged up so I could not tell by looking that this was the condition of the food. They used to be really good when they first open. I had an issue the last time I was here, but I figured it was just an Off day, but nope, this place has...
Read moreDined in on Friday (10/10/25) night after shopping nearby. I’m not from this side of DFW but have had Red Claw at both Arlington and Dallas so figured it’d be the same.
The crawfish is frozen (which is the norm for all crawfish places this time of year) but was cooked to perfection. The flavors in the sauce and amount of spice-perfect
(to be honest better than the other 2 locations that I’ve visited)
The highlight of the night isn’t the food-but the level of customer service I witnessed. The tables weren’t all occupied, but enough tables to keep the staff busy.
A table nearby us had issues with their order, which was more on the customer rather than the server and causing a scenes by being extremely rude to the server.
The manager on duty (Jimmy) quickly came to the table and handled the customer in such a professional way and de-escalated the situation within minutes.
He even ended coming to our table and other nearby tables to introduce himself and check on us and apologize (which he didn’t have to).
The captain there is running a tight knit ship and I can see why the customer service team enjoy doing...
