Best experience I’ve had so far with any chain establishment, as far as scheduling, convenience and there was no harassing you to sign up - there was absolutely no pressure! The staff was extremely accommodating. I accidentally forgot to hit “book it” for their very last appointment tonight and even showed up 2 minutes late. They turned the room back on, cleaned it and stocked it just for me. They still let me have the appointment even though I completely messed up.
