The food is always great. Or at least every time I’ve visited. I usually leave bad reviews and petty complaints up to the bitter and lonely crew, but it really is disappointing walking into an establishment and the workers look annoyed by your presence. For starters, I came in smiling, nice, just wanted to get in and out of their way. I walked in and my presence was hardly acknowledged. No one smiled. They seemed to be closing which i know is a focus that requires their attention but I was literally the only customer.. in the entire restaurant. An hour and 1/2 before closing. Cashier seemed annoyed with my questions and I didn’t ask but a couple. I ordered a fountain drink and I proceeded to the fountain machines, a lady employee was draining the drinks. She knew I was there and I waited behind her as she continued to empty the drinks. Almost leaving me with the option of no tea or lemonades. Is it not right to ask what I want before you drain them? You could smell the attitude in the air. But I get it. Y’all are probably over worked and underpaid. But So are a lot of people, me included. After a long hard day of work, nobody wants to spend their money where they aren’t...
Read moreHad my online order given to someone else before I got there. They remade it and the Hispanic guy making it made the first order incorrect since I noticed he put dressing on food when it was supposed to be on the side. I asked the lady on the counter to make sure it had dressing on side. He visibly shook his head in frustration when he had to make it again. Then when I went to my vehicle, I noticed he forgot to bag the dressings of my second order. I had my 1 year old with me and was frustrating to have to take him out of the car seat to go back in. I called 3x to see if someone could bring them to me but no one picked up. What made it worse is that I went in and it took 5 min for someone to talk to me - not one person available to talk to. One of the employees was making food for her daughter that walked in too that when finally someone asked em what I wanted, and I told them the error, the employee making food for her daughter gave me one of the dressings she was making for her. What the heck… such a...

I actually had to revise my once positive review of CAVA after today’s visit, and I’m really disappointed to be writing this.
I decided to bring a friend along who had never tried CAVA before. She has food allergies, so she asked the cashier (a tatted chick at the register who seemed to be in a hurry) what ingredients were in the rice. Instead of helping, the response we got was: “Don’t know, it comes in a bag.” Seriously? That left us both stunned.
The whole experience felt rushed, unwelcoming, and honestly careless. While my friend was asking a simple question, the staff quickly moved on to other customers, leaving us standing there in disbelief. This is not the CAVA I used to love.
On top of that, the food today was bland, the drinks tasted like watered-down nothing, and the vibe of the entire visit just felt off. I left not only embarrassed after hyping CAVA to my friend, but also certain that I won’t be returning.
CAVA, please take note: This location is not what...
