Pei Wei Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This is kind of hard for me to write because the service and atmosphere and the food is fantastic, staff-they're kind, considerate and it's clean, good portions too. here's the but... two different times it makes me really sick when I ask for gluten free and I have been so sick from the KP chicken and once the Mongolian Steak ... It is a little scary to dine out for me anyway because of this allergy ... So anyway,...the Kung Pao Chicken is delicious...maybe it's the spices I just don't know. The manager or owner is a wonderful person so we will figure it out... plus the Edamame is amazing, & my granddaughter loves it we order three large because she'll eat a whole large by herself!

I love this store! I came when it was grand opening and I stopped by again with my boyfriend and it was still so amazing. The store is so beautiful in a great location, super clean, fast service and friendly staff! I dined in and it was awesome being checked in by the manager and front staff. I got greeted by someone in the kitchen as well and front staff. That made our day and I just love the option of different Pei Wei’s in Fort Worth since I’m constantly on the go! I can get fast, quality and yummy food! Can’t beat that! We had the sticky wings, Thai donuts and the spicy drunken noodles plus the Korean bbq! Absolutely to die for! Keep the wings on the menu!! It’s been years since Pei Wei has had this and it was soooo good! Thank you for an amazing visit!...

The manager of the reastrant had just got done serving people and busing tables and touching people’s dishes and silverware bare handed did not wash his hands and tried to proceed to hand us that food whiteout washing his hands. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for and when we requested a refund they said it would take some time then the general manger process to call me at 10:30 at night to apologize but proceeds to wake me and my child up and percents me from going to work the next day. I would like to hear back from this this was uncalled for and not right for a company to treat there...
