Went in today. 6/23/25 around 330pm. Food was great. I was the young lady in the red shirt was great I had a 2 questions she asked the girl in gray shirt, and the back that was cooking the food the questions, which is OK if she didn’t know. I didn’t have a problem with that. I had a problem with the girl, and the gray shirt and black pants came around the kitchen to look at me with the ugly face like if it bugged her that I asked questions. It was literally only two questions. If the ham was uncured, and what was in one of the desserts that they had out.. also, when she brought our food out, I told her thank you. She didn’t even acknowledge me. My niece told her thank you, and she didn’t even acknowledge her. She placed the food down with an attitude and walked off. Than as we were eating she asked the girl in the red shirt what else she had to do? (They are closing and the girl in red shirt was mopping) so I didn’t know if she ask so we could hurry up and leave. Read moreWe have come here for years. About a month ago my aunt had tests run and we thought that she had breast cancer. So my grandmother took her here to eat, the women who takes your order (also one of the owners) gave them their meal for free for she felt love towards my aunt. A couple days later we went to get my aunt's biopsy done on several places in both breasts. After we went for lunch here again, and this wonderful women came to our table and said she would keep us in her prayers. That meant so much to us, to have a stranger reach out and do a kindness to us in this touch time. Last week we got the news and found out that my aunt is CANCER FREE!!! So of course my aunt and grandmother went to our new favorite place to eat so they could let this wonderful women know the good news.
