Rainbow Shops — Local services in Fort Worth

Yesterday, Friday 04/28/2023, around 4.30pm. l worked in to the store. I greeted the young lady who works at the store. She just ignored me completely. I greeted her again thinking she didn't here me. She ignored. So, l went in looking for the shirt to do the exchange that l came in to do. On getting to the counter the young black associate and her co-worker who is older were very rude. Laughing, ignored me completely, l asked why she was laughing and won t attend to me. The young lady started cursing and being absolutely un professional. It was a terrible experience. Have been shopping at rainbow for over 10yrs now,Boston MA. I never had this experience. This 2 cashiers needed to be retrained...

I gave up on Rainbow because it just hasn't been the same since they first came out, however this location, I wanted to stop by because a store next to it that I normally go to didn't have anything to my liking and I was amazed at this location!!! I walked in and immediately, the energy was bright due to the clothes. Normally, Rainbow doesn't have much anymore but this location had everything and more. 16 outfits for such an affordable price! I will definitely be back at this location. Keep up...

Employees are ghetto, never ask if the can help, spend time talking and gossiping, and they closed the store 30 minutes early. I will be contacting Corporate and see how that works for the employees who seen us standing outside and knocking on the window, confused as to why the store was closed with people inside still shopping?
