Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I wish I could give 0 star because what is going on? I was so excited we finally got a Chipotle close to home. I was at that drive thru for 30 min. I wish I checked my food at the window, when I took my food and left, I checked and was like omg I didn’t get my rice. But guess what? They put my rice in my quesadillas, like what? Isn’t it supposed to be on the side ? I didn’t like that. Now let’s talk about the chips, those chips weren’t fresh at all. Felt like those bags were open the whole time. They felt chewy instead of crispy and they were turning white instead of dark orange or brown. I really wish I could go in there and ask for my money back but the line in the store was craaaaaazy and they weren’t moving. Looked like it was only 3 people in total working in there. Plus the chicken was too oily…:

Whoever is in charge of this chipotle needs to do something about it or the reviews are not going to look good…. I do want my money back tho because I ended up throwing the whole bag...

Burnt chicken Missing white rice Missing lettuce Missing black beans Missing napping They had to scrape the bottom of it to make a portion and it was 22:10 ,basically 1 before closing When i asked them they said we run out of it and there is no more for the rest of the night Chicken was burnt and dry Drink area was Missing napkins and was Drink spilled everywhere on the counter The employee they were having fun at the register, only 1 girl was serving more than 3 costumers waiting on the line When is my turn to pay it was a bowl closed and nobody knew what it was they started asking each other who did it and what is inside, finally they opened and nobody was saying they made it, they threw it on the trash Basically no control of the situation at all Either the manager has left for the day or the manager doesn't care what is going on Sad, sad,sad ,this location is very close to my house and i was happy that it opened but I WILL NOT...

My first and last time will I be returning to this location. I was happy that I wouldn’t have to drive the distance to get food for the family at chipotle. I got chips and dip. The chips were old and stale. I couldn’t tell if I was at a restaurant or a club. I don’t know if management was present because it was more chilling and talking than anything except for the two ladies taking care of front and the last doing the calling orders. One guy goes over to the monitor to check for a pull up order after that he walks away, lifts his hat and rubs his hand through his hair. What’s so crazy is, he did not wash his hands afterwards. He walked to the back office, turned on the clubs music(it was loud), put on gloves and started vibing while cutting. I will not return to this location. I’ll take my drive. I think the only reason this location gets customers is because of the closeness even if it’s trash. Need to check...
