I Came Through The Drive Through today Around 2:30pm. The Person Who Took My Order Was Rosario R. I Orderd 2 plates with Steamed White Rice half chow main with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. She asked me if I wanted the sauce on the side I said yes please for both. She then said please pull up for your total. Of course there was a car infront waiting for their food. When I paid for my food the girl had and attitude because I didn't hear her the first when she gave the total. When I got home I didn't get the sauce but I managed to get soy sauce that I didn't ask for. My rice was hard the chow main wasn't fresh it was ice cold both orange and teriyaki chicken were cold I had a hair in my food I called she said you can come back and we will replace the food I said I don't want to go all the way back up there that I lived too far it's like 10-12 minutes so I wasn't going to go back up there for their mistakes. So then she said well then I can't do nothing about it but I will let my manager know then I said can I talk to your manager then I asked for her name she told me her name what why do you know it was the same one that took my order at the drive through so she said ok I will get my manager I guess she forgot to put me on hold and I sat there an listened to her lie through her teeth. She told the manager "omg this lady said her chicken is cold and that there was a hair in her food which is impossible because I told them they had to wait for more chicken. Then the manger got on the phone and he said sorry about the hold I said she's lying I didn't have to wait for any food there was a car infront of me so she probably had them wait but not me . So he asked me like literally 7-8 times my order so I told him you need to write it down Cus I feel like your trying to find a mistake with what I'm saying then he said ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am talking over me when I was trying to tell him for the 10th time my order then he said do you want me to help me or not and that I need to calm down then I told him well you need to hire better people and learn how to run a fast food joint then he said I can replace both meals I said I don't want it I'm disgusted every time I come here you guys can't seem to get anything right then I told him I hope you have a nice day abd hung up because I was getting so angry by the way the manager was talking to me and the way Rosario lied and said she couldn't do anything for me they just lost 2 more customers I don't recommend this place it is nasty it is poor service the food is cold and they don't know how to get your order the correct way the hulen location is way better if you to want to leave satisfied stay away from this place they don't even...
Read moreThe service and the management was horrible. As a long time customer I've never been in a restaurant and given the option of take what we give you or nothing at all. After a long debate with a sever on how I want to eat my food, I explained to the manager that an employee of his kept insisting on putting food items on my plate that I don't eat. I explained to the manager that at times I may have an allergic reaction to certain foods. I verbalized to the manager that instead of putting the unwanted item on my plate, that they could save it for the next person who would. I was told by the manager that if he removes an item from my plate that he would have to do it for everyone else. After wasting 10 minutes of my time I told the manager that it seemed as though he would much rather loose a paying customer, than to serve me items off the menu that I don't want. The lady operating the drive thru said I had to come inside because the food was not ready. I told her I didn't have a face mask. She said I'm sorry ma'am you have to come inside the food is not ready. I asked do I need to wear a face mask because I don't have one? Another lady came on and chewed me up and spit me out telling me I had to wear a face mask and that it had been like that a year ago and that it was their policy for people to wear a face mask!
