Renaissance Square — Local services in Fort Worth

I like this location. It is true about the inside being closed early. It's hit or miss. Unfortunately I don't do drive thru service, If the inside is closed, I go somewhere else. I HAVE HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE A FEW TIMES. As early as 8 pm. But when I can go in, morning or evening, it's always fast and great service. Today was one of those days. Me working nights I normally take a lunch. But today I stopped, I usually ask for my food to be deconstructed, so I can put it together later. Not knowing when I'll eat, I don't want my food all soggy. The cashier Crystal, got me all together, I watched her after she took my order go help pack my food up. I watched to see if she washed her hands also. Any way the service is great here, the food is ok, sometimes its good. It is what it is, not the location fault I think. Maybe that certain cooks fault. Wendy's restaurant has the poorest service. The staff are rude and considerate of what the customers are asking for. If you guys have just discontinued anything they're not going to tell you they're going to expect you to take whatever alternative you have without even explaining that it's not what you ask for. Charging people for ice water and saying that they have to charge you for a cup I want to charge you $3 or something for a cup although when the boy run it up on the receipt it shows large ice water free. So you guys probably want to make sure that they're not pocketing the things that they're doing because I really felt like that was really tacky and the lady that was there was extremely rude standing there with gloves on putting lipstick on and touching people's food that's absolutely disgusting. So no I won't be returning back to that Wendy's at no time and I won't suggest it to anyone I know I'll actually tell them avoided much...

2 or 3 years ago, definitely 5 stars; Still a new location, Security was on top of their game. period Staff was happy and cheerful Quality of fruits and vegetables was pretty high up there

NOW..... it's just another Walmart in the hood with just as much merchandise going out the back door as there is the front. And an electric shopping cart? Forget about it.....
