I ordered the NEW! tavern-style pizza and was extremely disappointed. I love thinner-crust pizza and thought I would now have a go-to pizza when ordering. I don’t enjoy pizza from this location at all anymore. The employee was friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean, but I don’t see myself returning to this location.
I witnessed horrible customer service. The guy operating the cash register was extremely rude to the two ladies in front of me. When I walked up the same individual asked me what I needed with an attitude. I checked my order and noticed I was missing an item. I requested the missing item with no issue. Everyone has a bad day! Yet, on top of having a bad day, you’re rude, and not giving customers all their items. I purchased the half melt/half side. My meat lover's melt was quite hard. I enjoyed the honey BBQ breaded boneless chicken wings. The chicken was juicy, and the honey BBQ was flavorful. The establishment was clean, but the experience was odd! The location had 5- 6 employees working. I have never seen this many employees working at one time at this location. I’m sure the previous two hard-working employees left. Sadly, this is now what customers will have to deal with.
My craving for pizza came on the right day. I received great customer service from Cynthia and Denejai. Cynthia is known for fixing the best pizzas at Pizza Hut. Glad she is back; my Big New Yorker pizza was perfect!

I am requesting a full refund because my order was not fulfilled. The manager took a picture of my pizza and stated that he could not give me a refund because the order was established online through Uber eats. I was told I had to request a refund through Uber eats. I am not happy at this point and this has not been a good experience. I just want a full refund and will not utilize Uber eats again. The pizza was not fully cooked, lack presentation and did not have substantial ingredients on the pizza. The mgr stated that he was short staff and it got busy so that was the reason why my pizza lacked presentation and not edible. Please do not go to the location at 2714 E. Berry St in Ft Worth. We ordered pizza for our kids and paid online, we have a receipt showing we paid but were refused our pizza because “their register is down” the girl at the front is”finna take a smoke break cause there is nothing that can be done” I asked for a manager and she said she called her manager.. that was it-the guy in the back making pizza told her not to answer the phone anymore and just let it ring. People are still coming in the store from door dash etc but are not able to get their orders either. The gag is, they are still making pizzas that are going to be old and cold by the time the customers are able to get them.
