Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Worst store ever!! I order online, got to the store to pickup my order store was closed. I paid for my order online and never got it. The next day I called and spoke with the manager and was told. The guy closed the store early and left and she didn't know why and that she had to look at the cameras and speak with the owner. I was reassured by the manager that I would get my refund by the end of the week. I did not get my refund, and now she will not return my calls. Took my money & never made my food! I ordered for my family of 5! Girl was rude it was clear she didn’t want to be there. My husband showed up to pick up the food and was told they were out of everything and I would have to cancel my order online. They already accepted it so I couldnt.
