Okay so I absolutely hate shopping for clothes. Nothing ever fits or feels right and finding something that I'm comfortable in is a task. Luckily my husband convinced me to try somewhere new and we ended up here. We were welcomed within seconds of entering and everyone was so nice. LaTraille spoke with me a bit and understood completely. She chose a few things for me and found something I felt confident and comfortable in. Purchased a pretty dressy belt from Alliance location on Friday 8/29/25. Went to put it on Saturday, 8/30/25 and the thin flimsy end broke off. Went to return it with the receipt & white tag. They will not refund you your money if the black plastic thing that loops through to hang on the display rack is not present. They have lost a customer over a $19.99 belt. Absolutely ridiculous!
