One of the worst experience I have had in over 40 years we entered the restaurant was told to pick a table. After the fact, the two young ladies tried their hardest to accommodate. Waited for our drink orders to be taken only to wait another 15 minutes for the drinks asked for cream three times and then our order was taken. I was served a French toast took one bite of it. It was the worst French toast I have ever had. I called the waitress over and asked her for another order because this one was not edible. She took another order of eggs and bacon. Our eggs were overcooked and so were my husband’s. The girls were pleasant. The food was not very tasty at all. At the end of our meal when the bill was brought to us the French toast was still on the bill I asked the waitress to remove the French toast, as it was not edible. She says she couldn’t because they didn’t want to lose sales so we asked for the manager. She came back with the French toast off our bill, but we could hear the manager in the back, who I assume was also doing the cooking Stating that just because Kitchenyou don’t like it doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay for it. That’s not how it works for your information lady that is exactly how it works. You open up a restaurant you’re supposed to serve food that is edible and if you cannot accomplish this feat maybe you should not have a restaurant. We will never come back to this establishment again and all of our friends that we know in the neighborhood will be told of this also. Read moreCurrently sitting here at this establishment. My daughter has to eat only a plate of fries because they refused to change the sandwich to only turkey and tomatoes because they had one cook and said they were too busy and it wasn’t on the menu. My five year old is thrilled.
Response; "You were kindly asked to pick the sandwich and then let us know what you didn't want on it. It's a matter of how it's entered into the system. You choose to only order fries for your child. We had a full restaurant and do what we can to streamline the ordering. Sorry you felt inconvenienced."
I would have love to order something for her but with your little menu she didn't want anything else and after your bad attitude I didn't want to take any more of your time and inconvenience you further. If this is how you kindly ask a customer or your version of kind customer service I feel very sorry for the customers paying you. This was the first time my family, who were visiting or I, who is new to town have ate here. I was very unimpressed. I was never even apologized too for the inconvenience until your internet response. I would have gladly picked a menu item and condensed it for you, however it being my first time here, you were unwilling to even help me find an item close to the sandwich I would need. After further review there was only ONE sandwich that would fit the description and I would hope with a little menu as yours the waitress helping (YOU) would know that. Thank you for the meal today but we wont be back and I will kindly review you to my 70k followers in Arizona....
Read moreOn my way to Ace Hardware today and noticed we had a new restaurant in town. We were excited as Fountain Hills does lack in the food department. We went in and from the get go it was an awful experience. The waitress took 15 mins for our drink orders, then the table next to us didn't eat their food and cashed out complaining of the taste. I witnessed the owner or manager shrugging her shoulders because of it. Then came the food. I didn't know someone could actually screw up a grill cheese for my wife. My sandwich had no taste like they were using cheap meat and to top it off.......I had to take pepto for the first time in 3 years. The sandwich was so bad that I didn't even eat the chips. I love chips!!! The waitress was awful and I had to ask numerous times for a tea refill while the owner or manager just sat behind the counter and did nothing. The waitress was even confused on what orders were actually ready and couldn't simply read a ready ticket. If they make it a year I'll be surprised! I'll try again if they hit the anniversary as they probably got things...
