Worst business experience ever - and I've dealt with some seriously incompetent people before, but this place takes the cake! He DAMAGED my computer worse than when I brought it in, downloaded my personal data, put it on a thumb drive and then GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE - yes, he negligently exposed all my personal data, breached my privacy and security!! Then, even before I went in to pick up the ruined remains of my computer, made an illegal debt collection call to my employer and slandered me to yet a third party alleging I had not paid my bill! I've never seen a more incompetent, dishonest and irresponsible businessman. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! It appears to me that he posted his own favorable review - wouldn't surprise me, I cannot imagine anyone who's dealt with this place would say...
