So my skirt I got yesterday was a little big. Went in and asked if I could exchange. One lady said yes. I went and grabbed something else. I came back to exchange and the owner told me skirts are final sale no returns or exchanges. I literally had to walk out. No one told me this when I bought it yesterday. Had all the tags and everything. The one lady tells me I can, and the other who I am assuming was one of the owners told me no. Like. HORRIBLE customer service. So now I'm out $15 with nothing to show for it. I have shopped there many times. After this terrible experience I am not coming back. So make sure you ask before you buy ANYTHING if you can exchange it if it doesn't fit because they won't tell you. Inexcusable. The cashier not telling me, an associate telling me I can exchange, then the owner telling me no just shows how unorganized and...

Consumers beware I wish that I could give zero stars. This place is horrible. They were not upfront about return policy. We had to return the items for store credit ONLY , because they didn't fit (and they DO NOT HAVE FITTING ROOMS) The rude manager told the cashier to put a final sale stamp on our receipt as we were walking out of the door, it was done behind our back and secretively, we didn't notice until we were walking out the door. I asked, "why did you put final sale on our receipt? we haven't been able to try anything on" . They responded that it's store policy and to take it up with the owner.

I was informed by the owner at the Colorado mills location that I could get a refund if I came back in 14 days with a receipt. There were no postings anywhere about refunds. I tried to return my stuff and she then said only store credit and once you use that store credit the sale is absolutely final. Long story short this place is a bit of a scam.
