BEWARE BEWARE don't have their mechanics do work on your boat. If I could give negative stars i would. Worse marina I have ever been to went there a few years ago had them get my boat ready for the summer they detailed the boat and checked all systems before putting it into the water and driving it to my slip. A few days later when i went to take the boat out for the first time one of the engines started but made a hissing sound like there was a leak or puncture in a hose. i called the office and they sent out two of their so called expert mechanics. First the experts said it was the computer on the engine that was faulty, then they said there was a cracked cylinder. Needless to say my boat was down all year and i was calling for quotes for a computer and I had a mechanic friend who said he would pull the engine and repair. Well I ended up getting a referral for another mechanic and took my boat to him. After he thoroughly checked the engine he told and showed me the computer was fine and there was no cracked cylinder. The new mechanic called Arrow and reamed them for their engine analysis. This man saved me thousands if I would have listened to Arrow's expert mechanics i would have...

I came across Arrow sort of by accident. I was looking for a boat on Facebook market place. I contacted the owner of a boat and was directed to Brad because the boat was in consignment The boat on Facebook didn’t work out but brad kept plugging away trying to find me a boat. After about 3 weeks I heard from Brad out of the blue about a beautiful Cobalt 200! I ended up purchasing immediately sight unseen. Brad explained things about the history of the boat and sent numerous photos and made me feel he and the dealership were very trustworthy. I live in Green Bay and couldn’t make it down. I also worked with Jill and Cheryl who have been absolutely amazing! They set up my financing, provided service records, set up detailing and coordinated the delivery to Green Bay. The only issue with the boat was an oil pressure gauge that didn’t work and I was told immediately upon purchase about it. Jill has ordered a new one and has kept me up to date on receiving it. This is a pretty long winded review but I have to say, Brad, Jill and Cheryl are awesome. I highly recommend...

I can’t say enough good things about Arrow. I bought my first boat and they made the whole process seamless. They are informative, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
