Kohl's — Local services in Framingham

Worn those sandals (first picture) maybe 5 times within a month from a purchase at Kohls on May 6th of this year. I noticed the problem and brought them back to return to Kohls in Framingham on June 5th. A manager was very unhappy with the return and game me a hard time rejecting the return at first because the purchase, she said, was made over 6 months ago despite I showed a receipt. She did process the return then and I did apologize for the inconvenience, but not the other way around to my surprise. The second picture has sandals from Target that I have worn for at least 3 years with no such a problem. Of course, it is a different material but you can see that the appearance is still good and has no such a problem. I learned from this experience that this type of sandals I purchased at Kohls I will never buy again because their appearance does not last long. Funny, that I had thought I would throw out the Target sandals after purchasing the Kohls ones, but I keep the Target sandals for longer now.

I never had such an unpleasant experience at this Kohls store before which is my main store to shop, and which was my first work back in 2007 when I came to the United States and worked at Framingham Kohls at the Women Department. This experience is not going to change my mind to shop there as I highly think of this manager seeing her on the floor when shopping and knowing that she is very good with Kohls customers. I just do not really understand why I was given a hard time and why my return experience was unpleasant. Thank you for reading...

I went to return my amazon items at this store location. I am not familiar with the process. I brought up my purchase to return and the guy doing the returns was not very pleasant. He had told me to step to the side as I had not had up my amazon account to do the return. he instead took the person behind me, and then told me that the QR code on his screen is what he was looking for. Even though I was already ready for him to tell me what to do next and told him I had never done this return service before. He then followed in the most uncomfortable tone "If you were the first person to say that this was your first time doing this......" I didn't even let him finish I just turned around and walked away. That's no way to speak to customers so I left. As I was walking away he yelled out "Oh Im kidding!" Normally can go along with jokes but his tone was rude and was not going to listen to this guy any longer than that lol. I'll go...

We went here recently in the past few weeks, and this Khol's used to be one of our favorite stores. Ever since they added the Sephora in there, it's hard to get around the store. No good finds or buys. We had some Khol's cash that needed to be used, and we got nothing . I am disappointed 😞. I give this reveiw like a 2.5 - 3 Stars.

I hope that if I go to this Khol's department store in the near future, I can rewrite the review. And give them a higher star , like a 4- or 5. We love shopping here and going to different Khol's department stores. We used to travel to this one a lot over the course of years.
