Finnleys — Local services in Franklin

Finnleys is one of my favorite stores until a most recent interaction with your staff. I was at your Franklin store this past Sunday 5/26/25. I was there right at 11 when you opened. I needed to exchange a top for same exact top just 1 size smaller. I was not asking for a credit or exchanging for something different. After about 15 minutes, the staff could not figure out how to process my exchange (since there was a rewards bonus that had been credited due to prior purchases) Again... was not asking for a refund just the exchange. I asked if I needed to stay in store and asked if they could figure it out on the back end since it was taking so long. The staff told me NO and that I could come back another day... I specifically drove to Franklin just for the exchange. I told them that I was moving out of the area and needed to make the exchange that day. I was told that I could take my larger top and LEAVE but they were NOT going to let me have the smaller size. The younger girl was absolutely SO RUDE to me and they could see from my past purchases that I am a frequent & loyal customer. I told the girl, she was NOT helping the situation. After they figured it out... my smaller shirt was waded up into the bag and given to me. I was very upset and highly suggest management to go over how to...

Finnley’s is easily one of my favorite stores in Franklin! The shop has a trendy, cool vibe with a great selection of stylish, seasonal pieces, including lots of fun fall colors that make browsing exciting. Whether you’re looking for cozy sweaters, chic accessories, or something bold, Finnley’s has it all.

What really stands out is the exceptional staff. Even on a busy Saturday, they were attentive and welcoming. As soon as I picked out an item, someone immediately offered to start a fitting room for me, without me even having to ask. It made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Where to begin?!? First, I will say I tried on 19 pieces of clothes and walked out with 7. If my body wasn't experiencing the COVID effect, I would have bought 4 other pieces. Cute cute cute! Ladies, when you are down, go here and spoil yourself. Affordable, quality, and organized by color.

The girls working were incredible. They remembered my name, I never had to hold clothes for more than 30 seconds before the ladies took them to my fitting room. They helped me dig for specifics styles, and their extra recommendations were great.
