Mo's Barbershop — Local services in Franklin

Got my haircut and beard trimmed here twice. Both times by Salem and thought he did a great job. So a month later I booked another session. The night before the appointment he changed the date and time to a time that didn’t work for me so I cancelled, no big deal. However, the next 2 times I booked an appointment the he did the same thing. He confirmed the session and then the night before changed the date or the time. I guess he doesn’t want my business and I will not be going back. Pretty disappointed because I liked his work, but that’s very rude and unprofessional to keep changing dates and times on me...

Don't let the name "Barbershop" fool you...Josie is amazing! I mean, it IS a barbershop...atmosphere and all, so be prepared, but no worries! Josie took great care of us. She cut my daughters hair and it looks great! Not only is she attentive, she asked lots of questions as she was cutting her hair (with my consult) and talked to her about her life, very personable. Salem (lazy) was pretty rude and was not in good mood some odd reason. He did not welcome me as a customer. On top of that he rushed my haircut which I didn't like how it turn out. He didn't say anything do I like my haircut or not, for further inspection using as mirror. Back of my head feel like pure skin. its seem like he didn't give a care. I wouldn't come back...
