Be careful of scam in this store, this store is not owned by T-Mobil. It is one independent contractor of T-Mobile. Below is my story.
Last December, my old iphone 14 plan just ended. I went into this store to look for the promotion for iphone 16. One manager told me that they do have a promotion for iphone 16. She told me I need to switch my phone plan. She said” your current plan is $105 per month for three phones, new plan is $100 per month for four phones, free 4th line, you can save $5 per month. The price for new iphone 16 is $1199.99, my iphone 14 trade in price is $830.00, I only need to pay $15 for 24 months for each traded in iphone 14”. (She lied to me, 1. my plan $105/month is after tax, she told me the price $100/month is before tax. 2. at that time, T-Mobil don't have $830 trade in price for iphone 14.)
So I traded in two iphone 14 for this plan. I expected I will pay $135 with autopay for this plan. But I got $242.82 for first month, $219.59 for second month, $219.88 for third month. I contacted with T-Mobil by dial 611, customer service told me this store is not belong to T-Mobil, it is an independent contractor, they just sale the product of T-Mobil. I need go to store to solve this billing issue. I went to store more than ten times, the mangers of store were changed several times. The new manger told me the old manager was fired. Right now I have to pay $183.40 per month, $126 for plan not $100, $57 for phone.

Read moreThis place was awful. A few months ago I tried switching my whole family over to sprint. I had Att my wife had Sprint and my parents were on straight talk. They told me that we would be ok to switch over to sprint however my wife the only one on sprint would need to pay extra each month just to keep her current number... really?! the only sprint customer!
On top of that they canceled my parents phone lines immediately even though the girl told us that it wouldn’t go into effect until the SIM card were inserted into there phone (which was a lie). They canceled there straight talk accounts immediately and then when my parents tried the SIM cards out it turned out that there phones weren’t compatible with the Sprint network.
When they tried my phone they couldn’t get it to work on there network ether.
So basically out of 4 phones they were only able to get my wife’s current phone line to work. They ended up costing us about $100 when lied about he termination of my parents line.
The store manager also promised to call me back about resolving the issue and it’s been a few months now and I haven’t heard a peep from him.
There’s a reason why they are working in a dying mall and soon they’ll be out of a job there anyways. I work in customer service and sales. This is certainly not the way you want to leave your customers... just hanging...
Read moreI honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a phone company! It started out okay but by the time my experience was over 5 HOURS later! I ended up leaving with my phone not even having a SIM card in! All because the employee Bryce was more concerned about getting another customer a job talking about how much her income is all right in front of me! It was very unprofessional when I arrived home to find my phone was not activated I called the store immediately was told by the on call manager Brandy I would receive a phone call back and the problem would be resolved. This in fact never happened I called the store back an hour later and no answer! I had to go 24 hours without service! The next day I had to go back to the store my emotions were definitely high as I was at this point HOURS without a working new phone I had paid for. I then had to wait yet another hour and half for Bryce to then say she was going to refuse to help me! She did end up fixing my phone after giving me an awful attitude! The next day that same Manager text my phone saying she did in fact call me back that is a lie! This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had a T-Mobile.
