The store I will give 5 stars. AT&T though is less. How many times must I tell them I'm a veteran before actually getting the discount...and keeping it?
The associate I dealt with I will say earned the 5 stars. I usually don't go to this store, but I went while I was in the area. I was very frustrated because I had enough of this billing problem. The man kept his composure while I showed my frustration. I could tell he wanted to respond in a similar way, but he kept his cool. Unfortunately I don't remember his name or else I'd commend him here.
So, are there any other veterans out there that should be getting the veteran discount that never do? The latest time I mentioned this was when I signed up for the unlimited data plan & we (the associate from a different store & myself) calculated what I would b paying and thought how I'm only going to be paying a few dollars (about $5) more than what I am now. Turned out to be $26 more.
I thought my next bill being higher was because of my switching & time in the billing cycle. The following month was just as high. Turns out yet again that the veteran discount was not there. Even though it was mentioned yet again when signing up.
So again I ask, how low long have I been overpaying & any other veteran that should be getting...

Read moreAfter a long relationship with Comcast Xfinity that relationship is over like a bad breakup. But anyways I called for dish TV and put me in line with AT&t. Of course I have to wait 8 days for them to come and hook up my service which is fine. So the woman on the phone sent me down to that store. Well talking with Brandon and the store manager. I didn't catch his name. Excellent people. They got me a phone so I can use my TV and watch it through the hotspot on my phone. I was worried about the down payment. Zero down payment. They took care of me with my veteran discount. They made me feel like I was in actual person and not some small little guy begging for service. I would recommend these people 100%, especially that store inside of the Pittsburgh Mills. They are a great, great bunch of people. Honestly, I'm thinking about heading back and adding another line because these people were so good. Great promotions. I can't say enough good things about my experience...
