Here we go someplace and it just feels heavy for that the people working there for the company itself could care less for some reason that's how I feel every time I go to this place if I go less and less now that JCPenney's closed out of the mall and Macy's will follow probably unfortunately very unfortunately I'll have no more reason to go there there is a Walmart Supercenter it's okay surprisingly since Best by pulled out Walmart seems nice but not Sam's Club Sam's Club in Monroeville is much nicer this is the first place I gave a rating like this can we describe it this when you walk in a place you just feel unwelcome or you're bothering them Usher about it it's got a lot of shops the mall is more than half closed down it's a good place to go get what you need and get out that's how I treat it now it does have Red Robin for food which is one reason why we go there that restaurants good service is good what was the last time I was there before cv-19 I will try to update this later I need to think about it more Lowe's still open PetSmart a mattress place moved into the old Best Buy yeah I'll come back to this one if you're going to someplace specific call ahead to make sure the store is still open she don't...
Read moreIt has some stores you'll be happy to have near by... Such as a convenient Walmart, Sams club, Some Cellular stores, etc... But over-all, the mall is a giant festering failure... Which happened to just be purchased at bankruptcy auction by the bank for about 1/100th of its cost. So yeah, its just all sorts of successful... And as such, the mall itself suffers from having zero content. The inside at least used to be filled with as seen on tv stores and other useless crap... But even most of those oddball stores, which sell nothing to no one, have since gone away from lack of customers. The real problem is the area... The area its in is too far from those who have better options elsewhere, and must then cater to its direct clientele ... Which is Frazier TWP, Springdale, New Ken, etc.. Places that are not, can not, and will not keep an entire campus of trendy store fronts open.. These area's are more of the utilitarian sort... Buying what needs bought to survive... Not frivolously throwing money at trends and garbage, as a mall relies...
Read moreUpdate: 12/26/2024, sad to read my review from 6 years ago and then see the mall as it is today. This mall is a dying mall, it's still clean and well maintained but there are hardly any business left inside the mall itself. There isn't a single vendor in the food court anymore and most of the store fronts were covered up. One benefit of the lack of tenants is the mall is quiet and peaceful due to a lack of people inside.
