10 minutes went by before she started my order of one drink. And there were three workers. Ordered a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries. I received a drink with only three strawberries pieces in it and it look like pure water except at the top where a little bit of pink was. We corrected them with the extra strawberries and all they did was open the top and throw a scoop in without mixing it. Then gave it back. Every time you tried to taste it. Strawberries clog the hole. On top of that the lady did not feel very friendly at all with a straight face that looked like she was in a bad mood. Then when you taste it it's literally so watered down you think the only reason you can taste strawberries is because of the strawberries that they actually put in it. There should be a flavor in that goes in it. Who knows maybe they were out. But if they were they shouldn't have charged me at all and just told me so I could order something else. Gave us a large water upon request (her drink seemed super sweet, so I figured she'd be thirsty after) and sold her on a 2nd choice cake pop flavor when they were out of her first choice. They made my iced matcha latte with coconut milk accidentally. They caught it before serving it and offered to remake it.
