Starbucks — Restaurant in Frazer Township

10 minutes went by before she started my order of one drink. And there were three workers. Ordered a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries. I received a drink with only three strawberries pieces in it and it look like pure water except at the top where a little bit of pink was. We corrected them with the extra strawberries and all they did was open the top and throw a scoop in without mixing it. Then gave it back. Every time you tried to taste it. Strawberries clog the hole. On top of that the lady did not feel very friendly at all with a straight face that looked like she was in a bad mood. Then when you taste it it's literally so watered down you think the only reason you can taste strawberries is because of the strawberries that they actually put in it. There should be a flavor in that goes in it. Who knows maybe they were out. But if they were they shouldn't have charged me at all and just told me so I could order something else. Great servicel, great attitude. They made a drink that my daughter said was delicious. They asked whether or not to add the coffee, so we opted out. Gave us a large water upon request (her drink seemed super sweet, so I figured she'd be thirsty after) and sold her on a 2nd choice cake pop flavor when they were out of her first choice. They made my iced matcha latte with coconut milk accidentally. They caught it before serving it and offered to remake it. I said no worries as I figured the strong matcha flavor would cover the coconut. Not so much. Lesson learned. My daughter thought my drink was great (she loves coconut) and ended up...

Orderd a croissant . Girl took my money, walked away and began sweeping. I asked where my croissant was...she THEN told me that someone else would get it. Meanwhile the "someone else" was heating it up....I DID NOT order it heated. They NEVER asked me! No where is it posted that they heat this croissant. This is terrible communication and terrible customer service. The employees need to TALK TO the customer. Tell me BEFORE picking up a broom and walking away who is getting my order. ASK me how I want it....cold or hot. Take initiative and stop assuming that people are regular customers. This was my FIRST time in this store and...
