Ordered a General Electric stove from Best buy because Lowes was out of stock- a big mistake. I buy a lot of appliance's from Lowes and Home Depot for rental properties and properties I am selling for my clients. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. When I ordered I was told the stove comes with the electric cord to hook up. I asked the lady to confirm it came with a cord she said is absolutely does, I asked her to confirm and she said again yes it does. When I scheduled delivery I told her I want the unit dropped off to a property I am selling and included the seller information that the seller is out of state and the unit is vacant. She took all of the information and confirmed the delivery. The day before the delivery I received and email with the confirmation time of the delivery and a link to the steps for preparation. In the link I read that someone must be in the property to receive the stove. Being that I was out I had to find someone to meet the delivery people- which I did but I had to pay them. However their to make the timeline work I had to reschedule the delivery which I did. The new delivery time I was given was from 7am to 7pm which created another problem with the person accepting the order at the unit. When the delivery people showed up to do the install there of course was no cord. Today I called Best buy and they said the cord is sold separate. Read moreI have never been in, appointment or none, without waiting nearly 30 minutes. The last repair I had in took a while and still came back with no wireless service. I bought a new laptop for convenience and was told they would fix the computer if I bought the part. I asked how I was supposed to know what part and was directed to go to a computer and they could help me. I probably should have asked for my money back right there, but it keeps going. There are no in-store repairs, I guess the pandemic, though a disinfectant wipe would allow repairs on all the equipment that people pay to have protected. Cap it all off, the live chat is not live, so there isn't even online direction. Plenty of great computer techs out there, I would recommend finding one of them and avoiding...
Read moreNot very professional at all to me...Several times left a repair to them and they wait days to weeks for a job to get done and when they do them you can tell it was a rushed job and at the last minute despite making me wait for long.Often times I turn things in to them and it goes in with one problem and comes back out with 2-3 other problems with the first not even being resolved.
Only two Agents there are HIGHLY skilled and professional. Agent Noah and Agent Daimian(think I spelled it right).When ever I turn something in to be repaired or installation and one of those two Agents are on site the job gets done in either the same day or one day.Those two are always cleaning up the messes of the other Agents.
