Giving a 1 star based on the experience i had. I was gifted with a Groupon for a 60 min facial and 60 min Swedish massage due to just going through ALOT. i was so excited just to have a ME day. 120 mins of relaxation. I called and scheduled both for the same day back to back and the gentlemen who answered and helped me was GREAT. When my appointment arrived i received a phone call from Jennifer to reschedule due to scheduling issues. Okay things happen I’m a understanding person. We reschedule the appointment almost 3 weeks out that day finally comes and i get another call from Jennifer saying she has to reschedule again … this time I’m frustrated so we reschedule again another 3 weeks out and the day before my appointment i missed the called Jennifer has left ANOTHER voicemail letting me know that they needed to reschedule AGAIN due to scheduling issues. I never returned the call or rescheduled. Almost 3 months of my appointment being delayed. And what saddens me is that the person that gifted me this experience couldn’t even get their money back. I do not recommend this place of business due to the fact that they can’t even get their scheduling correct. Regardless of the good reviews rescheduling someone’s appointment 3 times 3 weeks apart is...

It’s pretty selfish and cruel to agree to do someone’s hair fully knowing that you’re not capable of preforming the service asked. The hair stylist that did my hair seemed hesitant from the very beginning; she had very little knowledge about bleaching and she even brought out a book and was looking at it as she’s bleaching my hair! At that point it was too late for me to turn around. Once she blotched my hair she did not tone it whatsoever! I currently have dark orange streaks in my hair. Gina wasted my time and ruined my self confidence for the next few weeks until I get another appointment with a different salon to get my hair fixed.

My main objective for posting this review is to worn others to question the person that’s going to be performing a service for you. I should’ve done my research but most importantly, the stylist should have the morals to simply tell me that she lacks the skills to preform the...

I had such an amazing experience! Julie was awesome! She made me feel so welcomed and relaxed...so relaxed I think I fell asleep during my facial. I should add that I had a facial and Swedish massage and I was the only client in the spa throughout both sessions. The spa was very clean and tidy and Julie wore her mask the whole time and a face shield over that while performing services. In the midst of a pandemic I must say I felt very comfortable and was able to forget about the worries of our current world for at least a couple of hours. If you want a break from all that is going on in your life at the moment, I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much Julie for making this birthday gift that bit...
