Dropped my computer off for repair & never heard back. Called (a few times)after months of waiting & was told they couldn't repair it but it was possible they could still retrieve some of my data & images & they would try that. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. After months of waiting, I called to ask if I could have my computer back. They recycled it, without telling me, without so much as a warning call that I had left it with them past their holding period. Which they never mentioned. I am mostly horrified that my photos are gone forever, without even the chance to get a second opinion because my computer was destroyed without my consent.
