I will say the store staff has a uppity problem. Their behavior is as if they have a problem with certain shoppers, I'm not trying to say the color card. However, I can't find any other answer to their stiff and shrewed attitudes. I have shopped in this store many times and they are a group of cold females.I want to say if they don't like the job leave! It is because they don't have a problem showing their antisocial attitudes to certain customers.Now, when Karen walks in, it's big smiles on their faces, and they seem to shine at the mere sight of Karen. All chatter with Karen,nor do they follow Karen around the store. I have tried to be extra friendly when I go in there, but my many attempts go against a blocked wall. Do I think this will change them? No, they have been there a long time and are completely comfortable in their choices to be Coldhearted employees.The manager is one of same,she leads they follow. They rolled my blouse and stuck it in a jewelry bag instead of folding the blouse and placing it in a proper size bag...this is the picture of it. Now I have to take to the cleaners to be pressed before I wear it. It does not cost you anything to be kind. The ladies there should try it with a smile on their faces instead of gritting.
