Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

Dis chick-fil-a is the worst me and my family went to the drive thru and so everyone had ate except for her and so went to the drive thru and so she told the lady tht was taken the order she wanted a number 1 with extra pickles and fries and so the lady asked her wht kind of drink my cousin said no drink and den the lady asked her wht kind of drink and she said nothing l don't want a drink and the lady said a coke and my cousin had already told her she didn't want nothing and den she told her again nothing and den the lady going to get smart with my cousin and said "WELL JUST PULL UPP" and so den we pulled up to the window and told someone about it and they said they will take care of it and my cousin told the lady told dem to tell her she needs to change her attitude and when my cousin said that den the ones tht got smart started talking about it and started laughing and den so as we pulled off and the lady being to shut the window they started laughing about it and talking about it...

Darwin seems like capable person and he might have done well in the pass to get to be a team leader but today he was at his worst. Grow a little kid, see the world, because is obvious you are not ready to show your peers the great customer services you are capable of. Bad personal biases like intolerance towards other races are sneaky personality traits that make their day view when you least expect. You made a terrible impression, failed to to be a faithful steward of the trust Chick-fil-a placed on you, and failed to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Its my first time at this Chick-fil-A location and definitely will be last. Ordered the lemon kale salad and it was not like the other salads. I’m not new to Chick-fil-A so I know their portion sizes. Idk if it’s at this location or if it’s the salad, but the portion size of this salad was half the usual portion size of the others.

BUT WHAT REALLY IRKED US. We ordered 2 milkshakes with everything on it (whipped cream and cherry on top). First they forgot to give it to us. Then when we asked for it they said we only wanted one milkshake with a cherry on top. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that didn’t serve their customers wishes. First of all. We never said we only wanted one cherry. But even if we did, they can’t give us the cherry when we demanded it? It’s all included in the price...
