Hot Topic — Local services in Freehold Township

I went there last night and when I tell you that all of the staff came up and asked if I needed help, I mean ALL OF THEM. The customer service is so great and they were all so very helpful. My friend came along and was struggling to find stuff they liked. The team members Adeliyah and Grayson were quick to help and we were able to proceed on with our purchase. We had something on hold and the team was very nice about it. We finally payed at the end of the night and my friend even started a membership because Adeliyah told us about their benefits. I don’t typically shop at Hot Topic but I saw they had Barbie merch as well as Hello Kitty so I stopped into the Freehold location. The staff was so nice! Literally 3 different people talked to me, when most of the time when you walk into a store you’re usually ignored, which I don’t necessarily mind, but it’s also nice to be greeted in a friendly manner too. The staff was helpful but not at all pushy or anything. They were even so sweet to my child too which is always a plus....

I really liked the place. They sell all the stuff fans might want. They sell things like toys, clothes, Mugs, collectables, Official merch and more! Fan of Kpop? No problem! They have BlackPink, EXO, MONSTA X, Super M, BTS, and BT21. Im pretty sure they have more. My only complaint is that the stuff is expensive. The shirts are 20+ dollars and some BT21 stuff can get to be about 70 dollars. Other than that, their costumer service is great and everything...
