A girl named Nicole misled me about the total price and her lack of involvement with the delivery to a cemetery in Freeport. I requested and included direction for delivery to my child's gravesite of a custom arrangement and to run my card upon delivery. Someone named Judy told me the total charges when I called but couldn't tell me if they were delivered, much less who was handling them. I don't live there, so... why do people lie and have you believe they will do as you request? Floral arrangements should not be left at a cemetery office, period. Don't charge bereaved folks for delivery when you are not really putting them at a grave marker that is not difficult to find. Deininger Floral charges triple the price of a gallon of gas for delivery. For that price, Nicole should drive her own car and place the arrangement personally, for me. That is what she implied when I placed the order with her. She even texted me a photo from her cell phone of the arrangement, not a store phone. Apparently, she is a part-time employee that is also deceitful to customers, not just her boss? Try to be sensitive and don't lie to grieving...

I recently ordered via phone a Christmas arrangement with specific instructions. They were always very accommodating over the phone. When my friend received the arrangement I ask her to describe it. It sounded pretty, but minus the red and white roses I requested. I was disappointed. I called them right away and explain the matter. I DID NOT CHEW THEM OUT. They were so gracious; apologized and said they wanted to make it right. I just got another happy call from my friend. She said another arrangement had just been delivered. She was surprised. She said it was BEAUTIFUL and I could tell from her description that every detail was just as I requested. They do beautiful work and go the extra mile.    Read moreThis was the worst service I’ve ever had from this florist. The flowers were not delivered on the requested date. I did not receive a call about the delivery I had to call them. The lady I spoke with was rude when I called back. When the flowers were delivered they were not wrapped or covered. The driver just handed my family member a vase with the flowers which were already fully bloomed and starting to wilt By the time I got home 4 days later to visit the rose and lily petals and were falling off. If I had not come home and seen this for myself I wouldn’t have known because my family didn’t want me to be disappointed or upset.
