The staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful as they let me send in a last minute 4 dozen cookie order before the 4th of July and their break/time off (for a birthday party on the 7th). The cookies stayed fresh and tasted phenomenal even 4 days after I got them! I felt like a jerk ordering so many cookies last minute and they didn’t seem to mind at all and were more than happy to help! Thank you guys so much!!! If you haven’t tried them already the sour cream cookies are to die for! 20/10 recommend!!!!

We are from Dubuque, IA, and we try to pick up some frosted sugar cookies every time we swing by Freeport, IL, since it CANNOT be passed up! We have been doing this for last 15 years. From the phone call to bringing the orders to our car staff has always been superb!!! Cookies are the best compared to CRUMBL Cookies; on a rating scale of 1-10 with 10 as the best…CRUMBL is a 2 and The COOKIE...
