Nothing but the run around. I bought a couch and used it for not even 2 months. Seam ripped out in it . I contacted them and they told me send pictures I did. I had to continue to call them to get any resolution. I mean furniture has warrenty correct. I was told well I have to contact factory okay they stayed they did and 5 months later still nothing. Then I'm told yes the factory is going to replace it. Okay then they deliver new one. I come home and not the same furniture totally different. This one was also less money and smaller and really cheaply made. That is why I didn't buy that one. So I call them and I'm told we'll we don't know if we can get the same one you had so we sent this one. I'm mad at this point. Next day I go to store and see my same furniture on the floor. I ask to speak to Kal and show him my same furniture is on th show room floor. He then changes everything around then stating well the truck had left before he could tell them they had wrong furniture . I asked then why would you have them deliver the wrong furniture and people have cell phones dah. He continued to make excuses. I told him all I want is the same furniture I purchased replaced and asked him when could he deliver the correct furniture . He sets a date for a week out and tells me the wrong furniture he delivered needs to be in mint shape okay I said I have it coveted with sheets. Bottom line he did replace my furniture that was defective but 6 months later is unacceptable in my book. When you have a buisness you have to honor the warrenty and customers should not have to wait 6 plus months to get furniture replaced and Kal waiting for an answer from manufacture . My furniture should have been replaced asap and Kal has the responsibility to deal with manufacture on the warrenty. In September of 2021 I bought a used refrigerator with a 90 day warranty. In late December 2021 after the warranty expired the fridge was failing to cool. I knew it was out of warranty but called Rightway for a repair. They said they didn’t do repairs but gave us the name of a repair man named Allen. I called Allen and he couldn’t make it out so he sent an employee of his. The technician said the refrigerator was missing parts and that’s why it was failing to cool. So he ordered the parts, took a 1 1/2 months to arrive and be installed and he charged me $150. I paid him no problem. I called Rightway and told them they sold me an appliance missing parts. They played dumb and asked me to call back and they gave me the runaround. The fridge failed again yesterday ( a month after repair)and I called Allen. They have a great selection, are pretty knowledgeable about what they sell, and will offer to order something if they don’t have exactly what you want. My most recent purchase was a new mattress set and they were offering a great sale price, not to mention they deliver for free AND take away your old things. Their delivery drivers are prompt too and do a great job of making sure they get things where you want them. To top it off this time I received a nice HANDWRITTEN thank you card in the mail within a week of my purchase, which I thought added a nice personable touch to the whole experience.
