I had a treasured crystal & Silver pendant, I've had for years, a gift from my deceased Mother. The bail wore thru as it has several times in the past. I was told the bail, couldn't be resoldered this time, but had to be replaced...

Okay.

After the repair, the first thing I noticed was the bail was MUCH SMALLER diameter than the original, and they used square silver stock instead of round stock?!? After wearing it for a week, It kept hanging up on the chain, to the point of being unwearable. I returned it to them, with a simple request, asking if they could maybe just stretch the bail out to a little bit larger diameter, and take the edge off the square stock, to make the pendant, free float, as in the past. They said they couldn't do it and blatently refused my request to champher the edge, instead saying the bail had to be replaced AGAIN, this time at a cost more than TWICE their original first repair, just a WEEK Before!

WHAT!?

It will once again sit in a drawer till I can find a skilled JEWELER, able to follow a simple repair request. Why would that be so difficult? Why do they not stand behind their work, that they were JUST paid to do? What are these guys thinking? They, apparently can't handle a comeback or a complaint on their shoddy workmanship. They sure don't care about customer satisfaction BEYOND the SALE, or follow up service after they get your money! Keep looking people, you won't find what you need here. They got my money ... But never again. I feel as I was robbed of my cash, as I got nothing in return. Just ONE MORE Freeport store, out for every dollar they can get from you, driving themselves out of business, in the process!

These guys were AWESOME!!!!

The ladies were SOOO helpful, and patient... and ALL I was trying to do was have my watch cleaned...

They even cleaned my wifes ring while we waited, and for NOTHING...

I came in with my Bulova, and it was GROSS.... Years of abuse and just nasty in the cracks and it's WAY to pretty to be THAT dirty...

This watch is my baby.. And they made it look almost NEW!!!!

And for ONLY $20 !!!!

I was expecting MUCH higher... and they did an AWESOME job!!!

Will DEFINITELY be going back and recommending to others with any chance I can....
