Love coming here. The employees are awesome and cool to talk to, but today I went in to buy the buy one get one free juices and had never felt more disrespected by the Owner Frank. According to his own version of "store policies" no customers including myself are allowed to hang out in the store for more than two minutes, then we must leave. The store manager Richard defended my rights as a customer and Frank blew up at him and swore in front of me, and explained how I'm always in there for a half hour or so. I am a paying customer. But as I said I enjoy talking to the employees, I never once disrupted anyone when it was busy. Even the employees themselves can vouch for that. Frank continued with his rant and low key threatened the store manager to take their conversation outside if needed. Next Richard told him do not swear at him or in front of the customers. Frank denied he swore at all which was not true. He continued using the F word in front of me which I called him out on my self. Richard was civil as can be and told Frank he likes him as a person but when it comes to running the store and his treatment of his employees and customers he needs to put his foot down. I have heard many things of Frank, he makes up policies and doesn't even know how to use half of the products in that store. I come in frequently because I live close by and I have bought many items there, so why would an owner want to kick out his customers like that? I have visited many vape shops and have never experienced that kind of treatment...

I then said does the other guy over their (standing around talking to some chick he greeted with hey sexy when she walked in) so the employee I was stuck with then pulled a product off the shelf and asked if that was what I was talking about. I said I dont know, thats why I came to your store to spend money on something I am sure you have, but instead I was treated like the dumbass because your employee is clueless about your products, what they do, and how they do it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey sell coils that burn out in two days. My coils last usually two or three weeks. I bought coils from them on three occasions and it came in weird off brand packaging. I paid like one dollar less and I thought it was a steal. Definitely junk. They probably make millions off people buying their cheap coils! Also the customer service sucks. Their manager, Caleb, acts like a know it all and he isn't very nice at all. I took my mother to get a coil from them because it was the closest place and once again, they sold us the wrong coil and I even gave them her old coil to look at. I have no idea why I went back but now I'm stuck with a gift card for the returned coil. He gave me a nice smile when he knew I was screwed and had to spend that money there or lose out. Totally bogus service. I can tell he doesnt know Jack about customer service or how to manage a store.
