I came in on Friday night, August 2, to pick up my order. There were two gentlemen waiting for their order before me. A KFC employee from behind the counter came up and said that there needs to be a "lobby check", that a table was dirty, and there were chicken nuggets on the seat and on the floor. Another employee came up from behind the counter to the table with a spray bottle and a wipe and removed the baby chair from the table to the area with the fountain drinks, but did not immediately wipe the table, or clear the chicken nuggets. That same person went to the back of the kitchen to retrieve a broom and dustpan and went up to the door, but did not come out with the cleaning materials. Meanwhile, a fourth customer came in. That person was addressed and given their order before the two gentlemen and I. I wasn't yet addressed. After 15 minutes, a third employee came up to the cash register and finally asked me if I was there for pickup. I responded "yes" and I was finally given my order, which was already on the pickup table, and was ready the entire time I was there. I went home and noticed that my order had the wrong items. I order legs and thighs and receive wings and breasts instead. I also did not receive a brownie that I ordered. I filed a report twice on the Uber Eats app but was not given a courtesy call, follow-up, or any notification that my concern was addressed. Normally, I don't complain or write reviews. However, this is a glaring exception to that norm. There was no sense of urgency, care, or attention to detail on the part of the KFC team that night. I won't return to this KFC. If customers have similar complaints with the other KFCs in town, I will avoid the brand altogether. Minimum wage for fast food workers in California increased to $20 an hour, which is warranted due to the cost of living. That comes with an increase in prices for the customers. Are we expected to pay for this type of substandard customer service? I understand there may have been a shortage of workers as well. That is no excuse for the poor care...

When I told my order at the inter comm then drove up to the window to pay for my order The Cashier Brenda was rude to me. She repeated my order before I paid and got the 2 sides wrong. I told her my 2 sides again for the order she repeated my order again with a rude tone and mean look and got the 2 sides wrong again! She gave me that mean look like that what sides she wanted me to have or willing to give me, but I didn't back down and told her the correct 2 sides again till she repeated the order correctly. She then suggested 2 apple turnover $1.39 each and I said sure and let her added it to my order. I paid for my order and she later on then handed me my order and told me to have a nice day and reassured me everything was there. When I finally got home and distributed the food the 2 apple turnover were missing in the bag. Turns out she didn't give them to me! Not only did I have to deal with a rude cashier, but she tried to change my order then charged me for food and not give them to me! Read more2031 N. Blackstone has the worst customer service ever! I’ve visited this location several times and the clerks aren’t nice. I went a couple days ago and the experience was the worst! I placed on order at the drive-thru and pulled up to the window for my order. No greeting or smiles. One of the employees came outside to the window. He looked at me and said nothing. The clerk handed him a large bag of food. He took it to a car parked ahead of me. He returned to the window for cup holders, etc. When I received my order and the clerk handed me my change, didn’t count it back to me.
