I love the clothes. The service varies depending on who's working. (I guess) My first 2 times in, the clerks were very attentive to my needs. The 3rd time, it's like I was a bother because they were socializing and no o e even asked if I needed assistance. I had to order the pants I wanted because they didnt have my size. I told them I was concerned about ordering something I couldn't try on and was assured I could return as long as I didnt remove the tags or wash them. I went for it. The pants came and I tried them on. Perfect waste. I removed tags and washed. Put them on for the first time to wear them and noticed after I put my shoes on, the length was not even the size I asked for, or approved. Now I'm stuck with pants that fit but are too short. Never again! Not at $65. I do have several shirts from there that I love. I'll be back for...

I've been a shopper here for years and I haven't had any bad experiences with this store before, but today I was kicked out by security without an explanation. I came in and was stopped by a security guard who asked why I was here. I told I was here to buy some underwear and she waved me in. I realized I needed to check my waist size so I head to the fitting room right around the corner to check. She (the guard) knocks and asks me what I'm doing. I said I'm checking my waist size so I know what to get. She immediately accuses me of lying, orders me out of the fitting room and tells me she'll call the police if I ever come again.

The prices are extremely high . To pay $45 for one tshirt . I seen the words "specialty store" used earlier .i am a tall/big man and i dont mind spending "a little more" for a bigger tshirt but dont take advantage of my needs by charging me those outrageous prices . Not to mention I felt like treated rude this morning by your opening female employee . Stereo typing me and not allowing me to touch the clothing my hands were clean and sanitized in my vehicle before I went in . I went in with $3000 income tax and stimulus to spend instead I spend my money next door . I will never go to your store again and I will tell my friends and family about how I was treated...
