Wife ordered some father's food. Went to pick it up. Was grated by a lovely security guard who asked if WWE had a mobile order. Gave him the name he gave us our food which surprised me. Then we just needed our drinks. Stood there for a bit waiting for an actual employee to come over. Again the security guard flags down a cashier. They come over study my receipt count on his fingers and then leave and come back with only two drinks. Then tells me he needs to see my receipt to see what other drinks I have. Then comes back with the other two drinks. Four drinks two hand math doest math. So again the friendly security guard springs into action getting behind the counter grabbing us a drink carrier because the employees couldn't be bothered to help. When he finally did come over he asked if we needed anything else. Yep napkins straws the security guard tells the cashier! Can't believe that the security guy does a better job then the actual employee. I then ask for a manager over comes Roman! I ask why the security guard is doing a way better job at customer service then his employees. Then another cashier pipes up and gives the universal excuse "We are under staffed!" I said I'm not talking about you but the other cashier. Then Roman tells me I'm being too aggressive and I need to leave the store! Leave the store for pointing out his employees lack of job skill, And the great job the security guard was doing. I guess asking questions is aggressive now! I ask for the customer service number and was told to look it up online! I leave the store then Mary comes out and informa me that I am not to speak to her employees in that manner! What manner? I never raised my voice or demeaned them in any way! I simply pointed out an issue. That made me aggressive! I asked again for the customer service number and was told to call the store. I informed her that their phone didn't appear to be working she assured me that it infact was working fine. I asked for the store number she went back inside and after several minutes came back out and gave me the number. I said if she would like I can call the store and show her how her phone system isn't working. She stated no and said she was well aware of the issues with the phone system! What you just told me it was working perfectly fine three minutes ago. Won't be back to this store my money will be better spent...

Read moreBefore I share my opinion I want to thank Raising Cane’s for the opportunity to try their food. This is my first visit to a Raising Cane’s and we were comped a Box Combo.
As in mostly all my reviews I rate in two areas, service and food.
Service: Raising Cane’s is a fast food restaurant so my expectations aren’t high. You place your order at the counter (if ordering inside the store) and you pickup at the same place when they call your name. So the service is pretty much what I expected, nothing special.
Food: Since I haven’t experienced their food before I had no expectations. I was told that the sauce is what makes the difference.
Now for my critique of the food. The chicken tenders were fresh, hot, and crunchy, and didn’t have much flavor. I’m guessing that’s why you need the sauce. The sauce to me is like a thousand island dressing that has been pumped up with smoked paprika and finely ground black pepper. I was not impressed.
The coleslaw was pretty good but was missing something to take it to the next level. It looked like KFC’s coleslaw and had a slightly similar taste.
The Texas toast was okay for grilled bread. Again, nothing to write home to mother about.
The French fries were okay. They were crinkle cut fries that you can eat with the sauce or catchup.
Overall I guess I was looking for more flavor. Teenage kids really seem to like this place as there are a lot of them here. Of course you don’t have to take my opinion. I suggest that you give it a try as you may really...
